1. Brazen Print cannot, and does not, check any submission for spelling, grammar, or any other errors. The design will be printed as it appears during the approval step. It is the sole responsibility of the customer to ensure that all materials submitted for printing are formatted correctly.

Printing errors attributed to the customer are not subject to free reprint. Customer may correct their issue and reprint the order at 50% of the cost for each reprinted item. Shipping will be set as ground for reprints and will be paid for by the customer. Upgrades to shipping will be available at standard rates. Errors caused by Brazen Print will be reprinted and shipped free of charge.

Brazen Print does not censor or refuse any material, but neither does it review material to make sure it is in compliance with the law. Brazen Print accepts no liability for materials that are subject to copyright or trademark protections or that are otherwise in violation of the law. Brazen Print will not be held accountable for possession of illegal materials or illegal use of materials in connection with www.Brazenprints.com. Violation of these terms of service will indemnify Brazen Print against any legal action.

Brazen Print guarantees prints will not be defective in accordance with industry standards. If a design is found to be defective, then you may contact Brazen Print for a reprint or a full refund. Brazen Print must be contacted via e-mail at service@Brazenprints.com or by phone at 888-677-2000 within 30 days of receiving your order. A Customer Retention representative will contact you within one business day to help issue your RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization). Contact with the representative must be established within five business days to verify the request, and the package must be received by Brazen Print within 30 days after RMA is issued. Refunds will be processed only after an RMA has been issued and the product has been returned to Brazen Print, after which the refund transaction will take place within five business days.

Brazen Print guarantees all business cards and 4x6 postcards with shipping methods other than UPS ground or UPS standard will ship the next business day if ordered before 5:00 PM Pacific Time. Brazen Print guarantees 72-hour turnaround on all 8.5 x 5.5 postcards, brochures, and letterheads. Brazen Print guarantees 10 business day turnaround on all envelopes. Ordering envelopes with other products may delay the entire order. Refused or undeliverable orders are not a valid reason for reprint or refund and reshipment of the order will be at the customer's expense.

Brazen Print does not guarantee the turnaround times above on basic ground shipping. Delays on orders placed with ground shipping may occur.

7.

Brazen Print makes no guarantee about time in transit of any shipping methods. In the event an order is lost or misplaced while in transit, a notification of no receipt must be sent via e-mail to service@Brazenprints.com and include the invoice number. Brazen Print is allowed 5 business days from the time of notification to respond with one of the resolutions below.
  • Brazen Print will reprint with the same production and delivery terms extending from the time of resolution. This occurs when lost packages cannot be found.

  • Brazen Print will redirect the lost order with the same delivery terms extending from the time of resolution. Packages located by UPS will be rerouted to the customer promptly upon discovery. UPS requires a 10 business day window for refund of shipping costs.

8.

Packages shipped outside of the United States may be charged a duty based on the receiving country's import tax. Brazen Print is not responsible for the payment of this fee.

Brazen Print assumes no liability whatsoever to customers for any lost business or other damages, real or constructive. Buyer assumes full risk of possible delivery delays.

Brazen Print cannot be held responsible for any inability to print on the product after purchase. Brazen Print' products are often coated and can be difficult to print on. UV coated products cannot be printed on, while matte covered products may require commercial printers. Please test using a sample and verify that your printer will work before placing an order. Samples can be ordered online for free. Problems printing on products using after-market printers is not a valid reason for refund or reprint.

Brazen Print does not refund, cancel or credit if the service failure is caused, in whole or in part, by: Acts of God, weather conditions, environmental or dangerous goods incidents, perils of the air, public enemies, public authorities acting with actual or apparent authority, acts or omissions of customs officials, authority of law, quarantine, riots, strikes, work stoppages or slowdowns, or other labor disputes or disturbances, civil commotions or hazards incident to a state of war, local or national disruptions in ground or air transportation networks or systems due to events beyond our control, disruption or failure of communication and information systems, disruption or failure of utilities, or other circumstances beyond our control.

12.

Brazen Print cutoff time of 5:00 PM PT is based on the time we receive notification of a payment clearing from the billing agent. Typical credit card payments clear within 5 seconds; electronic checks, however, may take up to 5 business days to clear.

Orders may only be canceled through our website using the order status interface. Orders that have already printed cannot be canceled.

14.

Brazen Print reserves the right to contact you via phone, e-mail, or post mail regarding current and/or future orders placed with Brazen Print. Any customer may opt out of receiving future contact from Brazen Print at any time, by unsubscribing from our email correspondence.

15.

Brazen Print reserves the right to share contact information with its trusted and reputable corporate partners. These partners abide by their own terms of service and privacy policy. Any further information you provide to the third party and any dealings you have with the third party will be governed by the privacy and other policies of that third party.

We will never provide your credit card or other payment details to any third party, including our corporate partners.

Finished size of business cards is 2.0 x 3.5 inches plus or minus 0.0635-inches in any direction. Bleed dimensions are 2.127 x 3.627 inches. Safe-zone area is 1.873 x 3.373 inches. What this means in non-printer's terms is that your background should be 2.127 x 3.627 inches, but the text on the business card should be placed at least 0.250 inches away from any full-bleed edge.

Finished size of postcards is 4 x 6 inches plus or minus 0.0625-inches in any direction. Bleed dimensions are 4.25 x 6.25 inches. Safe-zone area is 3.75 x 5.75 inches. What this means in non-printer's terms is that your background should be 4.25 x 6.25 inches, but the text on the postcard should be placed at least 0.377 inches away from any full-bleed edge.

Finished size of over-sized postcards is 8.5x5.5 inches plus or minus 0.0625-inches in any direction. Bleed dimensions are 8.627 x 5.627 inches. Safe-zone area is 8.373 x 5.373 inches. What this means in non-printer's terms is that your background should be 8.627 x 5.627 inches, but the text on the postcard should be placed at least 0.250-inches away from any full-bleed edge.

Finished size of letterhead is 8.5 x 11 inches plus or minus 0.0625-inches in any direction. Bleed dimensions are 8.627 x 11.127 inches. Safe-zone area is 8.373 x 10.873 inches. What this means in non-printer's terms is that your background should be 8.627 x 11.127 inches, but the text on the business card should be placed at least 0.250-inches away from any full-bleed edge.

Finished size of brochures is 8.5 x 11 inches plus or minus 0.0625-inch in any direction. Bleed dimensions are 8.627 x 11.127 inches. Safe-zone area is 8.373 x 10.873 inches. What this means in non-printer's terms is that your background should be 8.627 x 11.127 inches, but the text on the business card should be placed at least 0.250-inch away from any full-bleed edge.

Finished size of envelopes is 4.125 x 9.5 inches plus or minus 0.0625-inch in any direction. Bleed dimensions are 4.375 x 9.75 inches. Safe-zone area is 4 x 9.125 inches. What this means in non-printer's terms is that your background should be 4.375 x 9.75 inches, but the text on the business card should be placed at least 0.5-inches away from any full-bleed edge.

Color fidelity warranted by Brazen Print is consistent with industry standards for "pleasing color." Brazen Print offers no guarantee of "match-print" or "match-product" color fidelity. Brazen Print cannot prevent slight color drift throughout an order. Brazen Print cannot calibrate the customers computer monitor and therefore does not guarantee that the color printed will match the preview as it appears on the customers monitor.

All card printing is done on 14 to 15 point card stock, clay-coated on either one or both sides, depending on the type of card being printed. CMYK Process color is applied at 175-line to 200-line screen. High-gloss U/V finish coating is applied over printing if requested. Card stock will be raised to 15 to 16 point if a U/V coat is added.

Letterhead and envelopes are printed on 70# offset opaque, acid free, ink jet and laser jet guaranteed. CMYK Process color is applied at 175-line to 200-line screen.

Brochures and Slicks are printed on 100# gloss book and finished with high-gloss aqueous coating. CMYK Process color is applied at 175-line to 200-line screen.

Brazen Print ships its products from various locations across the United States. Please be advised that your merchandise may be shipped from any of these locations. If a product needs to reach you by a specific date, please select a shipping method other than ground; otherwise your product may be delayed.

You agree that you shall indemnify and defend Brazen Print, all parties from whom Brazen Print has licensed portions of content, and their directors, officers, and employees, against all claims, liability, damages, costs and expenses, including reasonable legal fees and expenses arising out of or related to 1) your breach of these Terms of Service or 2) any suit, claim, or demand arising from or relating to any text, photograph, image, graphic, or other material you incorporated into products that was not part of the standard site content.
